Biography

Tiene más de veinte años de experiencia en Finanzas y Estructuración Financiera de grandes proyectos de infraestructura con acceso al mercado bancario y de capitales, nacional e internacional. Gracias a su trayectoria también ha sido responsable y ha participado en proyectos de M&A y Licitaciones de Infraestructura. Es Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; PDD (AMP) de ESE, Universidad los Andes; MBA de Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez; y Director de Empresas.

He has more than twenty years of experience in Finance and Financial Structuring of large infrastructure projects with access to the on-shore and off-shore banking and capital markets. Due to his career he has also been responsible and has participated in M&A projects and Infrastructure Bidding process. He is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; AMP from ESE, Universidad de los Andes; MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez; and member of boards of Directors.
