Biography

Mr. Harriague has over ten years experience in Corporate and Investment Banking and joined as VP within the Real Assets & Structured Finance team in HSBC in August 2018. Previously, Mr. Harriague joined Deutsche Bank in 2011, where he occupied various roles within the Structured Trade Finance and Financing Solutions Group based in Argentina and USA. In these roles, Mr. Harriague has focused on the infrastructure sector structuring debt for companies in power & utilities, oil & gas and renewables in Latin America.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Harriague was an Associate in Lazard, based in Buenos Aires, focused in merger and acquisitions in Latin America, where he participated in various transactions within the pharmaceutical sector.

He started his career in Argentina, working for Ernst & Young in the Valuation and Business Modelling Group, performing business valuations and designing management tools for clients.

Mr. Harriague holds a Post Graduate degree in Corporate Finance from the Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina) and he graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (Argentina) as Industrial Engineer
