Biography

Felipe Borim currently serves as Deputy Managing Director of the Infrastructure Division at BNDES (Brazilian Development Bank), responsible for financing of transportation, logistics, urban mobility and sanitation sectors. He holds a degree in Economics from USP and a MSc in Public Administration from FGV. He has extensive experience in various infrastructure sectors, both in public and private institutions. Among other roles, he was the Director of Transportation and Logistics for the Ministry of Planning and Special Advisor for Infrastructure in the Presidency of the Republic
