Rafael Feler is a Head of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) at BNDES, the Brazilian Development Bank. With more than 15 years in the business, is responsible for a team focused on structured finance, project finance and corporate debt issuances at the Brazilian local debt market. Holds an MBA at NYU Stern and MSc in Economics
