Biography

Lokesh is a Vice President in the Sustainable DCM team, supporting deal origination and structuring services for all type of clients (Corporates, Financial Institutions, SSAs and Sovereigns) across EMEA. He also oversees all the ESG deals in the MENAT region, and is the ESG sector specialist for utilities, transport, logistics, infrastructure, construction, and mining sectors.

Lokesh joined HSBC in March 2015, working within the Power, Utilities and Renewables M&A team from 2015-2017 and within Sustainable DCM from 2017 to date.

Lokesh holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India, and bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India.
