Biography

Loulwa AlNuaimi is an Executive Director in the Loan Syndication and Distribution team at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). In her current role, Loulwa is responsible for primary underwriting, syndication and secondary distribution loans assets with a focus towards the EMEA investor base.

Loulwa has over 13 years of banking experience across Investment banking and control functions. Prior to her current role, Loulwa spent 3 years in the Debt Capital Markets team where she was responsible for core client origination activities and the execution of numerous bonds and Sukuk transactions across the MENA region and FAB network for sovereigns, government related entities, financial institutions, and corporate issuers. Loulwa carries extensive experience in governance, risk and controls due to her earlier experience in internal audit functions.

Loulwa holds a Bachelor of Science from the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
