Biography
Paula is an associate director in Fitch Ratings’ Latin American corporates group. Her primary areas of expertise are the utilities-power and energy industries, for which she is the primary analyst for strong portfolio of credits. While at Fitch, Paula has worked in a number of rating transactions with diverse risks and business lines.
Paula has authored several credit analysis and special reports focusing on electric-power and energy in Latin America. Paula earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She also earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Economics.
