Biography

Mr. Farfan Amat y Leon holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the Netherlands. He has spent the last 20 years working in senior positions for companies such as Xstrata, Shell, BHP Billiton and Antamina. His assignments spread throughout the South American Region and South East Asia. In the last 5 years, he has been working as a Senior Director of External Relations at Newmont Goldcorp Peru.
