Practice Experience

Antoine Cousin is a partner in the Project Development and Finance Practice of White & Case. He has in-depth experience advising sponsors, lenders and governmental authorities on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, PPPs and joint ventures. He has been based in the GCC for 10 years, including 6 in Riyadh.

He works on projects across various industries, including power generation (conventional, renewable and nuclear), oil, gas (including LNG), industrial and petrochemical projects, transportation (airports, rail, ports and roads), and water (desalination, distribution and treatment).

Antoine’s experience includes representing the Water & Electricity Company of Saudi Arabia (WEC) on their wastewater PPP program; the King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH) on their accommodation and medical equipment services PPPs; the lenders to the Taif Airport PPP project; GACA on the Medina Airport PPP project; Saudi Aramco on all of their IPPs and cogeneration projects since 2010; and the winning bidder on the Bahrain LNG project.
