Biography

Dan Feldman is a partner in the Project Development & Finance practice, based in Abu Dhabi.

He focuses on mining, energy, power and infrastructure projects around the world, and has particular interest in first-of-kind, first-in-country projects. He recently led the legal team for the sponsor, Emirates Global Aluminium, on the US$1.4 billion Guinea Alumina Project, a greenfield bauxite mining project which involved $750 million in limited recourse financing from IFC, AfDB, EDC, DEG, and commercial banks.

Dan represents top-tier corporate, government and institutional clients including ADNOC, Sharjah National Oil Company, Reliance, PETRONAS, Mubadala and The Dow Chemical Company.
