Rayyan Mohammed Nagadi is the CEO of the National Center for Privatization, where he brings more than seventeen years of experience in project management and structured financing. He developed over the years primarily in the sectors of public utilities, petrochemical, infrastructure and building materials. He has acquired an in-depth knowledge of each industry and has actively led multi-billion dollar advisory and arranging assignments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A key part of his experience includes coordinating with government and semi-government agencies on the promotion of PPP in the Kingdom for the sectors of public utilities, education, healthcare, transportation and media. Raising funding for projects has been another key focus, whether in the capacity of advisor or arranger. As financial advisor, his role extended beyond raising funding to assist clients in the development of greenfield and brownfield projects, including advising on overall contracting strategy, construction and marketing arrangements, and vendor selection. His other key competencies also include development of regulatory framework and legal documentation in general.

Prior to joining the National Center for Privatization, Nagadi was the Managing Director and Head of Project and Export Finance at HSBC Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh, having joined as an associate, then receiving successive promotions up to the year 2017 when he was appointed as a Managing Director, leading a team of highly skilled investment banking staff ranging from analysts to directors. His responsibilities as a senior member of the executive team included promoting the brand and business of the organization and dealing with a multi-cultural global business environment.

Rayyan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, in the year of 2006. He has attended numerous executive courses and has participated as a keynote speaker in conferences and panel discussions such as the Water and Electricity Conference in Dammam, the Water and Power Forum in Jeddah, and the Euromoney Conference in Riyadh & others.
