Stephen Jennings

Biography

Stephen is the Head of Energy & Natural Resources in MUFG’s Structured Finance Office for EMEA based in London. As such he leads both the Power & Renewables and Natural Resources sector teams that specialise in lending and providing market leading Financial Advisory services. He has 19 years of project finance and syndications experience with a focus on structuring and arranging project financings across a variety of sectors.

MUFG has been the largest PF lender globally for the last few years and was awarded PFI Global Bank of the Year and IJ MLA of the Year in 2018.

Before joining MUFG, Stephen was Head of Renewables Project Finance at Barclays Plc.

Stephen is a qualified Barrister, called in 1999, and holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Law and International Commercial Law from Hull University and the University of Kent and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies from City University, London.
