Biography

As a Director in JLL’s Capital Markets division in Saudi Arabia, Ahmed is primarily focused on real estate structured finance solutions, sale and leaseback and built-to-suit transactions, advisory on institutional class assets to family offices, investment banks, and regional and international funds.

Over the course of his career, Ahmed has led the structuring, managing, and advisory of more than USD 1.5 billion in real estate transactions across the Kingdom to both local and international investors.

Ahmed brings 10 years of corporate finance and M&A experience having worked on REITs, private placements, IPOs, debt refinancing, Public-to-Public M&A, as well as private fund structuring and management.

Over the past five years, Ahmed has closed over USD 1.0 billion in non-real estate transactions.
