Biography

Rasees S. Al Saud is a Senior Director and Head of Financial Institutions and Investor Relations Department at the Public Investment Fund since 2021, with 15 years of experience in the financial sector. In addition to her role, she sits on a number of committees and boards including the Saudi Railway Company.

Prior to joining PIF, Rasees was the Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance for Bilateral International Financial Affairs in addition to her role as an Advisor to the Assistant Minister of Finance for international financial affairs and macro fiscal policies.

Before joining the Ministry of Finance, she served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships Department at the General Authority of Zakat and Tax.

During 2015-2018, she worked at the Investment Attraction and Development Division at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (known today as the Ministry of Investment).

From 2009-2015, she served as a Corporate Banker at the Banque Saudi Fransi and SABB HQs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Rasees holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Finance from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Al Yamamah University, Saudi Arabia.
