Biography

Oleg Kornilov graduated from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit. Oleg joined Raiffeisenbank Debt Capital Markets department in 2002 and was appointed a Head of Bonds Issue Department in 2010.
